Description Data Status NADP/LIMRA Annual Sales and In-force Part of a continuing cooperation with LIMRA to provide participating members with current sales and in-force data and trends Closed NADP/LIMRA Contact Center Metrics This survey addresses customer contact center metrics. Closed NADP/LIMRA Claims Processing Metrics This survey addresses claims processing metrics. Closed NADP/LIMRA Dental Administrative Metrics This survey addresses case setup and provider network administrative metrics. Closed NADP/DDPA Enrollment The most comprehensive survey used to describe the size of the dental benefits market by plan type (DPPO, DHMO, Dental Indemnity, Discount Dental, and Direct Reimbursement) and by state. New features include the addition of a Direct Reimbursement category and separation of individual, group and government funded plans. Extended thru NADP Premium Trends This survey is used to trend premiums by plan type (DPPO, DHMO, Dental Indemnity, and Discount Dental) based on standard plan design for individual, and group plans (small, mid-sized, and large). New features for 2009 include requests for beenfit utilization and In-Force premium. May Closed NADP/LIMRA 1Q Sales Part of a continuing cooperation with LIMRA to provide participating members with current sales data and trends. May Closed NADP/DDPA Network Statistics The only survey that attempts to guage the health and size of provider networks by network type (DHMO, DPPO and Discount Dental) and by state. This year's survey will include revised definitions for describing provider networks. 04.15.2010 Financial Operations This survey is used to report the financial health of the dental benefits industry.
