Independent Purchase of Dental Plans Senate Companion Bill S.2271 Introduced 

On September 12, U.S. Senators Maggie Hassan (D-NH) and Roger Marshall (R-KS) introduced S.2271, “A bill to allow additional individuals to enroll in standalone dental plans offered through Federal Exchanges.” The bill has been referred to the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pension. S.2271 is the senate companion bill to Congressman John Curtis (R-UT) and Congresswoman Debbie Dingell (D-MI) House bill H.R. 1671.
